If You Join UER Beware Here Is What Can Happen
To You Beware
They will steal your email address to send you porn I heard from a banned member that they are involved in child porn which is a criminal offense. If you are aware of this please talk to me privately and I will give you the law enforcement information you need to have them shut down. They will threaten you cause they think they are the best any other group is lower to them you might receive death threats, threats against your kids, and believe me they will steal your photos altering them. Remember some of those UER members say they are on the 13th level lol. The webmaster and many of his members have no way to contact them they blur out their faces cause they are cowards guilty of such things. Do we blur our are faces or use cartoons to tell others who we are!!! We are fake huh? Hmmm what are you hiding boys do you not want to show that your a bunch of nerds trespassing? Afraid of the law? Afraid of being dissected like you have done to me! They will sign your guest book with sick images I have left the one up in our guestbook check it out right now I pressed charges UER and the member who posted it are going to be prosecuted for it. Its not going to be forgotten if you do such things then you better be okay with the fact that your going to get in trouble for it. If they have no care that children browse my site then they are nothing but a bunch of sodimizers. They will act childish and insult your character call you crackhead, fake, fraud etc and why? Because they cannot form their own opinions they figure by ruining your name it will ruin any other group someone runs. Where is your proof even if I alter some photos that makes me not a fake it makes me respectful towards my members so they do not have to see your graffiti but I do not have to answer to anybody cause I don't get paid for this Furry does lol. 90 Percent of them are underage as opposed to us we have people 10 years old to 83 years old on our group. Even at my ripe age I still learn new things yet why be on a group that thinks they know everything about exploring when half of them been to what 3 places when we been to over 600? Why is 90 percent of them in there teens? I know someone my age who was banned for doing nothing. They have the highest trespassing record in the world they get high off of sneaking into places without having no derogatory goals. Its okay to visit abandoned places but why do you think so many are in such bad condition? Our investigators keep places private so they can be preserved for years to come for the future of people in this field. If lets say you advertised an abandoned place all over the net how do you think that place is going to look years down the road? They will try to attack you if they know where you are going this to me is funny they have to hide somewhere just to be real they cannot be man enough to just shake someone's hand and commend. First I did not go to the cave now I went to the cave then its I went to the same cave they went then its they were not at the cave. Furry the webmaster has this giant disclaimer of rules but he does not enforce them he is a very racist person in my belief even as a owner I do not care who is my friend you break the rules your out in his case his friends break the rules and he allows it. UER will stalk you ....stalking a business is illegal we are a business it becomes criminal if you steal my photos, stalk me on myspace, etc all of it is being Monitored by my local police department so go ahead keep on doing it your only assisting me not hurting me. Let me ask you a question if you go online do you like your privacy or do you like people stalking you all over where you go? Forums that stalk down its members are not respectable. My images are copyrighted and when you get a call to go to court then its not only going to waste your time but its going to waste both are times period respect me remove the images off your site as well as other groups on the net. They use fake proxies and that is fine those can be traced someone gave me the information on it so give it up. People who use fake photos, fake proxies, etc are what they are FAKE hiding because they do not have the honesty to just be themselves online. They are not an urban exploring group they are a hate group people that are ethical groups work with others so they can exchange sponsorship and work together towards common goals. UER lost any sort of sponsorship from us and we are much larger then they are. The owner puts a fake counter in to make it seem like they are the biggest come on 8 million pages PLEASE. But the truth is we have 12 times the amount of members they have and were more reputable with our clients, friends of the paranormal community, and members. We are a friendly group of people we would not steal your IP, spam you, take your kids photos and post them. Any group that condones that is not a good group does not matter how many abandoned places they offer you be a noble person and see its not right. Would you join a forum where the webmaster steals your IP address? Would you join a forum that sends out fecal porn photos? Altering your photos? Making threats? My biggest mistake was joining them to try to help because the proof below and in our guestbook is just a few things they re-went in and edited it removing UER but they already been reported to bravenet so criminally they are in trouble regardless. The webmaster is in alot of trouble then those involved will be to am I using scare tactics no I am merely stating the facts. Eventually groups like that end up committing treason against its members what happens if you end up doing something UER does not like what will happen to you will they end up sending you porn, ruining your name on the web etc? think about it! If they can harrass another site owner they surely can hurt you as a member eventually. The webmaster takes 15 dollars a month for each person claiming his server cost him 150 dollars. Now let me ask you if he receives over 30 to 40 donations a month where is this money going? He has no photography barely, no equipment etc think about it sounds to me like some dishonesty is going on here and alot of good people are being suckered into paying out money just to enjoy learning the whereabouts of abandoned locations. We are free we always will be free we take donations but those that do know it goes towards film, equipment, trips, and this site. The proof shows but has the webmaster provided the public with any proof? Guarantee you he pockets the money!! Your giving a man money who better to put it lacks on content his idea of content is posting cartoon photos of his meet ups of fluffy wolves hmm sounds like I am the one who has been realistic with the public. PGS gets one to 5 donations a month that is it some months we get none I pay out of my pocket for this service but that is right I am the bad guy right? UER is illegal talks of arrest, threats, foul language, breaking in etc can lead to anybody on that board facing questioning. They are in violation with there host I put this information up their and they took it down there host is http://www.cogentco.com which is based in Toronto Canada. Their host deals with law businesses, corporations etc and right now they are aware of what is going on. All you see on the site is how to break in places, arrested, sneaking etc sorry but any site that promotes that is making its members look like idiots not explorers. I see no class whatsoever in that at least we keep things on a quiet peaceful level and we do quite a few media stories. Whether your a paranormal investigator or an urban explorer the real ones keep locations private cause its the glory of finding a place that nobody knows about or keeping it secret so it does not get vandalized. PGS Investigators Arrested=None UER Members Arrested=Over 50 PGS cares about all other groups however hate groups, people harassing us out of jealous, threats, stealing photos etc is not going to be tolerated and it states in the beginning of our site if your caught doing so we will prosecute. We do not care what other groups do we just want equal respect once you hurt our business with your harassment it leaves us no choice. Do you want to be part of UER knowing they send another group fecal photos? Porn? Threats? Do you want to send them money for this cause in the end you could be held accountable also! Any good explorer group will commend other groups for their hard work not try to defile it will hatred. When have we sent other groups porn, made death threats, jumped another group, stolen there paranormal photos to dissect them, or anything of the sort!! NEVER UER shuns my friends death and they laugh at it. They think its funny that a young 19 year old kid was killed that to me is what really is the most sickening. I have had reports from many who told me there only plan is to make me look bad. We do not take other peoples faults and pick at them but to take someone's death and mock it out that is sick. Uer webmaster hides his face where do we hide our faces or personal information on how to get a hold of us? We are for real anybody who hides their face is a chicken that is not a real urban explorer that is called I am a chicken who is afraid of getting caught so if UER does nothing wrong why do they hide? Has UER ever thrown you a pizza party with free beer? Bought you 600 dollars in fireworks to celebrate the 4th of JULY??? Had a group dinner? Let you use his equipment? WE HAVE!!! So think before you defamate our group to the public e are full of good people not selfish ones. Although we do not mean any disrespect towards certain UER members cause some nice once have written me and even told us they are not proud with how other are acting. We are going to shut our doors to any UER members down the road who wants to ally with us. We got alot of cool places around the country we will be doing UER members will be excluded from this unless they can show me proof otherwise that they were not involved in this fiasco and they are not nicely put it ass^%$#s PGS deals with good people not people who fly off the handle without thinking first. I will let this be a warning to UER and all its members I have contacted the authorities on this because now its criminal before it was civil till UER decided to send porn and death threats. What this means is you could be shut down so I want to take the time to thank you for all your hard work on trying to make me look bad hope it was worthwhile. So anotherwards you are giving out money each month to a site that gets ahead by bashing others hmmm it not only makes the site look bad it makes the members look just as bad to!! So my thoughts to our fans and members beware of this group we have never in my years ever harassed another group out there we respect other groups. But we also have a right to DEFEND ourselves against attacks. Let me ask anybody who browses this site how would you feel if someone took your ill sons photo up and made fun of him on there site would you feel happy? How would you feel if you were threatened over and over? How would you feel if you were called a liar and you really were an honest person? Because I am sick of arguing about this or that I am left with no choice but to handle it threw law enforcement UER laughs but the truth of the matter is it is illegal to commit these things on the internet you cannot go around threatening peoples lives, sending them porn, harassing there members, and libeling there good name. IP#24-51-165-113.kntnny.adelphia.net when we put this page up the person owning it canceled there ISP damn to bad could have traced there home address! All Ips included false proxies will be traced and forward to the Orange City Police Department sorry but I was nice for 3 months warning you to STOP! You left me with no choice! That IP address is responsible for sending out child porn to our group they are from UER lovely huh? Toking up is not a federal offence however a member of UER has committed a federal offence so if you want to go to jail join UER their taking recruitments for you to be somebody's bitch starting today:) I faced alot of adversity I am not whining I am actually proud for the guys that came threw for me, the members who donated, and the fact that I completed my journey. But nonetheless we had alot of people try to stop us hate mails, people lying, threats, etc. I did not let it get to me nor did it prevent what needed to be done so in the end I won. It was a nice try I will give them that but its very fruitless that they would even go as low as this its rather sick and guarantee you most of you up in WNY will not deal with these people the same if you need my help go threw me Ill help you the best I can rather then have you have to go threw what I had to such as threats, harassment, stalking, flaming, etc. Half of the threats came from punk kids giving people in the paranormal field a bad name. But I faced everything from being homeless, to a knee injury, to lack of participants, funding, and yes even adversity online as further below. Below I posted some of the hate mail I received privately and on other forums I belong to. What your about to read is not only sick its shocking. I have shown some of these posting to people and alot of them from the WNY are pretty angry by these peoples behavior. Some of them will not even join those communities or talk to these people who posted this I had one friend unsubscribe because he refused to investigate with people so rude. Sadly you can see that is extremely childish not only that but its a huge waste of time to deal with. All over the fact because I asked people to pitch in money for a very costly expedition how sad is that? Then the mockery started on where I went to high school, how much I make a year, my personal myspace page, slandering our photos, posting photos of my ill son on there sites publicly, threats, etc etc it goes on and on. Sadly these people missed out on a good time we had a public dinner, a 6 hour hiking trip, and a tour of the Indian caverns. Then the second trip which was free included a full expedition of them I mean on top of that I had about 5 new places to check out for those that came along so really it was a nice thing I put together. Apparently some people play know it all and assume they know where we are investigate lol. But for example look at the email that says I cannot even use punctuation they cannot even spell right none of them can to tell you the truth!! I have not altered any of the post I simply saved them and let it build up so I could add it here for others to see. See I did this actually on purpose I had it planned out from day 1 just to show my fans why I left WNY years ago and I was right on the money they proved me right so thank you guys for your hate mails now you all look like the idiots. I did not take every piece of hate mail only the ones I thought were really unnecessary. Some of these people have actually taken the time to try and find a personal ad I posted what does this have to do with the paranormal or urban exploring. There is a thing as taking it far then taking it to far. If they do not remove my sons photos the Sheriffs department told me they would help me in this matter so I hope they enjoyed taking things to far. Sadly the one forum charges you to be a member we are always free no matter what. For those that questioned my integrity yes we did have an editor do a small write up about this trip yes we have producers who might give us a show on it cause it comes down to we worked hard at it. I am the owner of this organization if you do not like my equipment, my animated gifs, the fact that my alias is Lord Rick or whatever that is your problem. The name Lord does not refer to in a religious meaning but rather it means someone noble who takes care of his people someone who shares peace, love, and honor within there hearts. None of these people could understand that is it really necessary for people to be so hateful just cause they do not agree with someone. We had one guy who went as low to say cause we ran out of lighting on one investigation that we were not professional well when you only have 1 other investigator and your out for 12 hours in the woods your spotlights and batteries are going run out eventually that is just how it is no matter how much you can carry. We do a good job considering how shorthanded we are. Just as we had one threaten us because he is an archaeologist saying were going to jail because he knows we are damaging Florida locations....well that to me is slander and its illegal without proof of this you have nothing. Does not matter I was visiting the location millions do prove I am the one doing it if you cannot shut up. This to me is small time BS and this is one reason why I left WNY cause people are so arrogant and undisciplined. They think they know it all yet they are the ones being arrested, breaking arms on investigations, and flaming others. If they did less threats and more hard work results might actually be better from all of this. How can someone write such hateful emails when they have not shown to a single party we have thrown or investigation. If you want to threaten do it after the fact but some of these people are so low they have to hide inside a cave hoping they will attack us. There was alot of personal emails from others who said they thought this was all so funny however if your son was posted on an urban exploration site would you find that funny? If I stole your photography and put it on my site how would you feel? Is that funny? Is it funny that I tried to unite people together just have a great weekend of exploring? Then we had one try to demean my friends death who was hit by a drunk driver these people should be ashamed of themselves. One person said he died of a cocaine overdose now that pissed me off. I am not a religious man but I come in peace not war but if I have to defend what I believe then I have every right to do so when I am put in a hostile situation. Then some has gone so far to tell me how to dress, look, etc sorry but my image is much like Marilyn Manson is with his music. What makes me who I am is that the paranormal is part of me. These other groups are what they are exploration groups we are more then that we study the paranormal, history, archaeological sites, ghost, cryptids etc we do so much more and expect so little in return. If people want to keep dissecting my reports, photos, and my image let them but at least now 1000s upon 1000s are going to see how demeaning, jealous, and arrogant these people are. With some of the slandering post I have enough evidence to technically sue both sites and I just might take civil action since technically it comes down to what is your opinion and what is illegal. Stealing copywritten reports without given credit or photos from our site is illegal. Accusing us of anything falsely that is illegal so keep it up. I just think people need to understand why years ago I left the WNY area and read about all the hostility I had to go threw just to make these trip possible. I mean I certainly deserve full honors for not giving up cause most of the hate mail came a couple weeks before my trip to the catacombs and you know what? We pulled it off and nobody can take it away from us they might put us down because they are jealous maybe for whatever reason they have. My suggestion for my fans up in WNY stay away from WNYEUR and UER cause the same thing could happen to you. Its happened to a few of my friends not a very nice group of people on there and none of them are nice in my opinion or they would not have condoned any of this to occur. We still operate out of Buffalo I got plenty of connections to paranormal investigators up in that region and groups you do not need Uer Or WNYEUR. Then if you look at the bottom someone said I did heavy drugs in my life. I am very anti drugs I am a naturist and its important for me to keep healthy cause sometimes I have to drive 300 miles in one night, hike 12 miles, and lead a team of people to dangerous places. Marijuana is not a mind altering substance its a plant which does not cause you to hallucinate or as you call see fake ghost. Smoking t generally gives you a feeling of relaxation slowing down your blood pressure which in turn can be of use especially if you are a hyperactive person. Do some of you realize how some of these abandoned places you go to come from? They came from me I found them and years ago passed them on to your moderators such as Adam. Do some of you people enjoy making fun of my 8 year old child you can pick on a little boy who has nothing to do with this yet you cannot even show to ONE cave expedition even if you did not show you could have made it to the dinner. Do some of you even realize the content over the years collected or do you just go by what others say? How many of you have posted over 42,000 messages on your forum? How many of you pay for a site or design it on your own? How many of you have photographs at these places? Do some of you even know if I am a cool guy how the hell do you know have you met me? Have you shown to our events? Have you rented our DVD? Has any of you in WNY bought beer, shrimp, steak and ribs for your members? What is my personal life have to do with some caverns in NY??? Such as where I graduated...how much I make....that my longterm gf and I split? What is it a concern to you people? How can you totally access an organization you know nothing about? It cost me 150 dollars in gear for the trip, $600 in airfare, then we have gas to get to these locations, food, even a hotel for one night which was 50 dollars, lets not forget the babysitter, then film development. Now without donations it would cost me $1000 however with them it cut my cost almost in half. So yeah I am real rich lol! Boy we sure got some stupid people in Buffalo!! When you run an expedition I do not care who you are of course its not free you need spelunking gear, rope, special lights, special batteries, glow sticks, food rations, back packs etc etc I cannot believe half of these people could expect me to supply them with it all how lame is that lol. Many of the places that you investigate at night are closed for the day. If you are there after hours, like many of the state parks you visit, you are guilty of criminal trespass. I am sure that most property managers will not mind you conducting investigations with their permission, which you don’t even seek. Trespass on state property is a misdemeanor under Florida state law. Each count of your trespass is thirty days in jail and a $1500 fine. And trespassing after hours to avoid the entrance fee is another misdemeanor. Seems from the many investigations that you have conducted, that you are due a lot of jail time when you are finally caught. Second: clean up your image. Yes, the tattoos, piercing, or unnatural hair color will cause people to mistrust and keep away from you. What do you expect? The Goth/vampire thing kind of freaks people out.
