Boston Hill Cemetery

We pulled down this road which had a farm on one side and brand new apartments on the other which led us to this open area  which turned out to be the cemetery. I could not figure out why they called this Boston Hill when actually their was no hills here at all lol quite odd indeed.

Right off the bat we could tell the cemetery was mainly that of black burials since half of the stones were upper burials. But I also noticed alot of WWI & WWII stones. Many of the upper burials were illegible or in poor condition so probably most of them dated back to the 1800s.

The cemetery had a few giant old trees in it so you could tell that this area was much older then before it was a cemetery. Being that this nice apartment complex was nearby the entire half of the cemetery was well lit. I could have grabbed a blanket and went to sleep here it was peaceful.

Although the condition of some of the graves was pretty awful there was not alot of anger here like some places I visit. I at one time heard movement like something was walking but other then that the place was very inactive. All we can do is revisit here and do a follow up.

Alot of the upper burials were surrounded by high grass and a few were so sunk down into the ground they were barely visible so this place was very interesting that I will say. We then visited our last place for the night which was the Oviedo Ghost Lights.
