The springs resides near red rock canyon nestled in the western desert of Las Vegas which at night is a very eerie area according to the many I interviewed. I am not sure if the mining town from the 1880's replica use to be on the same site but I do know that many of the buildings, antiques, and other artifacts like an old stage coach are all from the 1800's which have now came to rest on the ranches property.

On the ranch property in 1952 the area has been used as a tourist attraction often considered an oasis in the desert where you could stop for a cool drink and enjoy the sites. It began to die until the past decade it has once again boosted it tourism through various attractions. However they are struggling to care for their petting zoo and many of the other structures which are currently closed due to their conditions. Back in the 1800s many of the local ranchers and pioneers used this place as a watering stop due to its springs. 

Al Levinson traveled to Florida from NY and married a Las Vegas Dancer/Showgirl named Bonnie McGaugh. At the time she was in love with the wild west and its history. Al and Bonnie decided together to recreate the old west by building a mining town of Old Nevada and that construction started in the 1970's. Slowly they gathered artifacts from the 1800's and pieced together this replica on the 115 acre ranch known as Bonnie Springs Ranch!

It really is a very scenic place and sadly I have done alot of user reviews and most people complain how corny it is, worn down, how there is not enough history, blah blah but one cannot appreciate the history to the artifacts or area if your not a researcher like myself. I do agree with many of the user reviews much of the staff is very rude, its very costly to park and enter this attraction. Not only that but the petting zoo is in terrible shape and that goes with the fact that I feel cheated by its owner and Hysteria City Studios when I did some work for them.

However my prime complaint with Bonnie Springs revolves around the condition of the zoo and its animals. My other complain is in 2008 I was asked to film a paranormal show here and was promised to conduct ghost tours at the ranch. I was not only lied to but they refused to give me a copy of the show rather airing it during there Halloween event to line there pockets. I was told that they decided to give someone else the job because he owned a tour bus and gave séance's. However from my experience ghost tours have become fraudulent and more then often gimmicks to get folks to spend there money. I know allot of our fans would have preferred to have a ghost tour from our society then have someone perform a gimmick séance just to line all their pockets! I been in this field for years very few people have honest intent or real abilities. Think about it would you rather have a real ghostbuster teach you how to ghost hunt or sit at a table and have someone pretend the dead are speaking to you. That is where Bonnie Springs went wrong they lost thousands of dollars by not hiring on PGS to offer workshops, classes and tours. THOUSANDS!

The area has saloons, stages coaches, a train that takes you into the town, wild west shows, petting zoo, wax museum, old school house, opera house, 1800's chapel replica and so much more. But it is what it is a tourist trap and I felt that since I spent years promoting them they could have honored their promised to me for filming a show at this location. However instead the owner and Hysteria City Studios ran/stole some of my ideas cutting me out of future projects hell I didn't even get a copy of the film so I could share it with our fans. Not to mention how they lied to me and later on I found out that they were bring in multiple ghosthunting groups feeding them the same gimmick. I was very disappointed in how all of it transpired this includes the producers crew not showing up or the fact that he forgot some of his equipment such as back up batteries etc. Part of this occurrence with Bonnie Springs  had led to a bad divorce and I nearly went homeless as my ex-wifes family thought the work we do here is a sham thus I was on the streets. When in fact I was promised to be a ghost tour guide at Bonnie Springs. Its kind of sad that people only care to boost funding for their haunted attraction near Halloween when honestly I could have brought so much more to the table. It truly disgusted me on how unfairly I was treated by everyone involved with the project nobody ever really knew what really happened until we decided to share this here in 2011. As far as it being haunted well in the museum one can learn about some of the pioneers and Indians who survived the harsh heat of the desert and mountains. The entire area really is historic even being only 16 miles away from Las Vegas up in the mountains. I have interviewed quite allot of folks privately and been told that this location has its fair share of strange stories. I would believe it as I was one of the very few who actually toured all its inaccessible buildings late at night. But one such as myself being in the field of the paranormal can sense out that there is more then wild west shows that go on here. You can almost feel as if the ghost that wander this area are perhaps associated with the various artifacts like stage coaches, old pictures on the wall, furniture etc.....rather then the ranch itself.

But not just that though the area itself that the Bonnie Springs Ranch is located is near the Old Spanish Trail which people died on traveling through death valley along with Indians attacking settlers. Its an area UFO'S have been spotted and fierce mountain lions roam. I was not able to take alot of readings but one thing I took was alot of was photos. Unfortunately there are so many people around working and tourist walking around its really hard to do an actual investigation. I was brought in back in 2008 to tour the ranch at night little did I know that dozens of other people would be following me around it was a circus and we just couldn't get any work done. I did however decide to hide my paranormal evidence up until 2011 as years later we are very close to striking a television show contract thus I feel I have out grown those who have tried to swindle us.

When we produced our movie up here in 2008 I couldn't do the investigation proper there was about 100 kids and adults following me around. However if it was just one camera man and myself alone at night we probably could put out better activity. However during my film in 2008 I captured some EVP's and I am about to reveal here in 2011 allot of new content that never has been shown before as we have redone our Bonnie Spring Pages. I honestly was very upset with how Bonnie Springs treated our organization they wanted to tell my video and not give me any royalties. Then worst then that I was lied to about giving ghost tours to the guest here. This had soured me to not share my finds until now as I felt that it was not fair to boost there tourism or make money off our society. Now my story will be told as we reveal our new Bonnie Springs Pages here at The Paranormal & Ghost Society! We never recieved a copy of the movie we made let alone even free tickets for Bonny Screams! Our ideals were stolen and we were given the shaft. Never a single thank you or even an acknowledgement. What we were told is that we need to promote them however who is going to promote us? Enjoy the evidence because we were the first to capture it here their is no denying that!
