The Asa Gray Park was the site of the Euclid hotel or often know as the Granville Hotel. With M.L. Granville as its owner. For a time it was owned by a Mrs Starkweather only to be eventually torn down and part of a community park.

Near by is one of the oldest churches in Lake Helen which was dedicated in the 1800s so the area is very old. The park although small contains many small man made trails in some small woods, many old broken stone benches which tell me the park is probably a half of century old, a picnic shelter and a few other things.

I wanted to do the site as something fun really did not expect alot of activity at such a small park but then again the site is a place of energy because at one time a nice hotel stood here where many travelers stayed at.
